Published in the early year of 2021, this paper tried to investigate the characteristics of internal solitary waves in the Lombok Strait as well as estimate the mixing properties there. As far as i know, this is the first comprehensive in situ observation of the internal solitary waves in this strait. The first in situ observation showing the internal wave in the Lombok strait might be the one reported by Dwi Susanto yet unfortunately they did not try to characterize it unless showing only the echo sounder image and put general equation of K-dV without touching technically the way to use the equation practically.
